The Executive Director is responsible for all aspects of the Dawson City Music Festival Association, including strategic leadership, creative direction, and operations management. This includes daily administration, financial management, marketing, community engagement, and strategic planning executed with the Board of Directors, which provides both support and supervision to the ED.
The position is the sole year-round staff member of the Association and delivers programming as well as operational management of the organization throughout the year, including the summer namesake festival annually in July.
