Spring Concert Series
The weather is warming up, and we want to keep the music flowing with a Spring Concert Series! The Klondike Institute of Art & Culture and the Dawson City Music Festival Association are thrilled to present live music throughout April at the KIAC Ballroom – Dënäkär Zho!
Just like the Winter Concert Series, musicians from throughout the Yukon will share their work in a live concert setting, with each concert showcasing two artists for two nights:
April 8th & 9th: Brigitte Jardin* + Jared Klok & The Second Hands (SOLD OUT)
April 15th & 16th: John from Dawson & NITPIK + HAMMONDHOFFER
April 22nd & 23rd: Dena Zagi + Sour Do Re Mi
April 29th & 30th: Cryptozoologists + Victoria Parker
- Doors open: 7:30 pm, First set: 8:00 pm, Second set: 8:50 pm
- Friday night shows will be broadcast live on CFYT 106.9fm and cfyt.ca from 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm for those who cannot attend.
- $20 per show, $10 for SOVA students and youth under 18. If cost is a barrier, please contact [email protected] / 993-5005 for pay-what-you-can tickets.

*Brigitte Jardin is the 2021 DCMF Songwriter in Residence. Stay tuned for outreach activities happening later in the month!
We are committed to providing a safe concert-going experience in light of COVID-19. Each concert will have very limited capacity with physical distancing in place, and masks are mandatory. If you feel sick at all, please contact KIAC for a refund and stay home. We are following the public health situation closely, and we are prepared to cancel, postpone, or alter all shows if needed.
