As a not-for-profit organization, DCMF is run by a skeleton staff and volunteer Board of Directors, with countless contributions from our community partners, sponsors, and hardworking volunteers. Our annual budget comes from sponsorships, grants, and festival sales like tickets, beer, and merchandise. Operating year-round, DCMF presents concerts, workshops, a Songwriter in Residence program, Yukon Girls Rock Camp, and of course, the summer festival, where we showcase local acts alongside established Canadian and international acts.
So, what does that mean for our supporters? It’s simple! Your immediate contribution will help DCMF put on another great festival in 2017, and continue delivering quality music programming year-round. Dawson City’s arts and culture are a big part of what makes it a great place to visit, and even better place to live. With your help, we can keep it going!
